Perfect central location for a visit to Liverpool city centre. Grand Hall was magnificent and a lovely place to sit and relax. Room was a good size and excellent value for money.
Bed was quite hard and bathroom was a bit tired, although shower was powerful and hot. The rooms were not refreshed during our 3 night stay so we had to hunt down more tea and coffee and the bin was overflowing.

Really well situated, handy to everything.
The room itself was dated, windows didnt close properly and the sound of the bars kept us awake most of the night. Check in was also a disaster, long queues with the reception staff having to leave every time someone had luggage to collect from a separate room.
