I liked the fact there was free coffee available in the lobby at all times. The breakfast choices and quality of the fare was superb.

Shower curtain kept clinging to my body. Shower water temperature was a stead 'Warm' - there was no 'Hot' or 'Cold'. The toilet seat would not stay up.

We liked everything especially the warm welcome of staff there.

The location will improve immensely when that brick building across the street gets renovated and one isn’t looking at a chain link fence. Otherwise the staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay but not as good as reviews indicated.

The rooms are well equipped, you have everything u need. Breakfast with a large choice. Close to the city center. Friendly staff.

my colleague had an old room on the other side of the hotel. a big difference between the two for the same price

WiFi worked fine

The hotel does not have private parking as claimed on this website. The only parking isa piece of rough ground owned by the local council with parking enforcement. The only way to register for the parking is to use the ipad at reception, that is only in Danish so the staff member checking me registered, but it did not work so I received a €100 fine! The hotel staff would not help or support me in appealing the fine, not would they reduce my bill by the fine value. They just did not care.
