The wifi wasn’t strong enough to work from. Trampoline was great for the kids but quite a lot of repetitive squeaking as we were above it. The cleaning staff were quite noisy early in the morning.

Ruhiges und doch zentrales, strandnahes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und kompetentem Personal. Außergewöhnliches Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Großer, ruhiger Poolbereich, der nie voll belegt war. Kostenlose Parkplätze in den umliegenden Straßen reichlich vorhanden. Hohe Kompetenz im Sportbereich (insbesondere Rad und Schwimmen mit 25 m-Becken zum Bahnenschwimmen). Sehr familienfreundlich. Die Innenstadt von Port de Pollenca ist in ca. 15 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.

Nicht jedermanns Sache ist sicherlich die Tatsache, dass sehr viele Familien mit Babys und/oder Kleinkindern zu Gast sind.

The location was excellent - very close to everything

On arrival our first room smelt absolutely disgusting - in fairness the staff member moved us straight away once we complained. Our teens were in a room across the hall from us and their bedroom didn’t smell as bad on arrival but was pretty damp smelling for our entire 6 nights and the air con didn’t work properly so it was a really poor experience for them. The second major issue I had was that there were very few sunbeds by the pool and they were generally all gone by 8am. This meant we had to go and pay for sunbeds at the beach each day. For the cost of the stay here they should invest in more sunbeds or remove towels from sunbeds. It was the worst situation for sunbeds I have experienced.
