Location right at Shibuya Crossing was excellent. Good sized room. Good breakfast

Location was great. Service and facilities were good too.
Disappointed that I was told my room can’t e serviced fully every day and that I could only have towels and waste bin clean daily and a full room service every three days. So supply of coffee and water was only every three days.

As always in Japan service is beyond expectation.
The room is big and the bathroom is big which gives a lot of space.
Everything is supre clean. Breakfast is very good.
And of course the location - looking at people trying to photo Shibuya crossing from semi higher locations, and then going up to you floor in the hotel and having an open view of the crossing says it all. Right at the middle of everything, short walking from Shibuya station. Perfect.

Excellent location, very centrally situated- train station, restaurant, coffee shops, grocery, 7/11. Our room was overlooking the Shibuya scramble crossing, it was entertaining to watch people cross it.
Nothing at all.
