All good. TV placed behind bathroom door, funny widescreen picture/display and poor quality. Didn't come to Surnadal to watch tv, so no complaints. water boiler placed on tray nowhere near electrical socket, but no big deal

When booking room was to have a view but ended up looking into a waste skip in yard.Restraunt and bar not operating despite being told on website they were.Lifeless big building with no atmosphere.

It was clean. The breakfast was really good with pleanty of different warm and cold meals. The staff was nice and helpfull.

My wife don't like soft beds, and she really didn't like the bed at Surnadal. I myself rarely have troubles with beds - soft or hard, so I sleept really well and have no complaints. Sidenote: Don't go to the chinese restaurant downtown - it was by far the worst restaurant we have ever visited in Norway.

There is everything needed in the hotel room, including a refrigerator, coffee / tea making area, bath, sitting area, large room, etc. Free parking, supermarket within a minute walk. The staff is excellent. highly recommend.

Dull and boring town.no restaurant except at the hotel itself

Nothing. The location is OK, but not great. And it is way too expensive to get basically the same comfort as I sleep in the car.

The room connected to the central air vent system which is can not be turned off. It gives constant noise and pumping cold air to the room all night directly to the bed direction. The headboard light switch was not working so had take the card from the holder. So I can not charge my phone that night because even the slot loose power. We reported the problem multiple times 1:00 AM offered a new room. But we just stayed there because we was too tired to bring everything to a new room. Unprofessionals. The should check everything working before the guest arrive.
