Uzenie All Suites Boutique Resort - Adults Only

As many of the reviews already state - the customer service and staff at this hotel are exceptional. The hotel is also very modern and communicating with the staff through the messaging service is very efficient and helpful. We were a bit unfortunate with our timing staying here due to a big storm passing over but it was still a good experience just being in the hotel, I can only imagine what it's like here in peak summer. The spa facilities are great and you can book 1 hour private sessions for 20 Euro per person which is reasonable. The food is also high quality, both breakfast and dinner. I think I left this hotel 2kg heavier than when I entered.. I would fully recommend going half board and enjoying the dinner. Don't have much more to say really, I never usually leave reviews but this place deserved one. 10/10

Nothing at all. The only negative from our experience was the weather which is outside of the hotels control.

Hervorragendes Hotel!

The location very close to the beach was excellent and very convenient to get into the main town (10 min taxi, 15€). We had the Cave Oasis suite which had its own spa bath and pool, with a great sea view. We also took the half board option which we don’t usually do, but at this hotel it was an excellent choice. The buffet was very high quality , all cooked fresh from an open kitchen and different choices offered every day. The thing that really makes this hotel stand out from others (and we have stayed in many all over the world) was the exceptional customer service. The staff were attentive, friendly, helpful and genuinely seemed to enjoy working there. It is a small hotel, and the staff greeted you personally every day and nothing was ever too much effort. We cannot rate this team highly enough and many other establishments could learn from their approach. So refreshing for a hotel to understand the importance of putting the needs of guests first and treating them as individuals rather than transactions. Well done Uzenie !

Nothing.

That it was clean and the beach was near

The very old furniture, the smell.
