The staff were so lovely and helpful. The room was clean and the bed really comfortable.
There was some maintenance work taking place while we were there. Nothing noisy, but a little disruptive.

As a young family, the pool was definitely the biggest highlight, and a great way to cool down after a long day exploring Huê.
The breakfast was also good, with enough variety for all of us.
Staff were also friendly and helpful.
The Wifi is something that we really struggled with. It’s strong in small pockets of the hotels, but completely unreliable in others (including the bedroom). We ended up having to buy extra eSIM’s, because we didn’t have reliable Wifi for 90% of the time.
The other element was general noise from the pool (late at night), and guests in the hallways. The windows etc aren’t as sound proof as some other hotels. But this was addressed by the hotel staff as best as possible.

The hotel has lovely spacious rooms, a great big bed and very clean bathroom. The hotel has a lovely pool with beautiful lush vegetation around it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Also great to have first class restaurant on the premises with local dishes on the menu. Great breakfast included in the price.
