Friendly staff and good breakfast
Nothing, but beware of the dog lying on the carpet in the reception area, it’s carpet coloured and I unintentionally kicked it whilst looking around. The dog was fine after the initial yelp. ;-)

The hotel is very well located, a 15-minute walk from the historic center. The off-street parking is a big plus, as it's practically impossible to find parking in Bellagio itself. We found only one free parking lot near Villa Melzi, but it's usually full during the day. The ferry terminal is a 5-minute drive from the hotel. The rooms are clean and cozy. The breakfast is delicious. The hotel staff is friendly and professional. Everything was perfect.

We had a great time in Bellagio! The hotel was quite close to the center, the personel was very nice, breakfast was good, the room was clean and like the pictures.
The shower drain cover seemed to be broken, but other than that all good!

The staff were lovely and very accommodating, room clean, breakfast good, lake view from side of balcony
No air conditioning despite being advertised and room was baking hot. Lots of street noise late in to the night due to location next to busy road with inadequate sound proofing.
