Location, room size, staff (manager)
The location was outstanding in the middle of the walking zone. This room was an apartment with a living room, small dining room, small kitchenette plus the bedroom. Lots of room to spread out. The manager was excellent and helped to guide us to the front door plus made arrangements for paid parking. We were fortunate to find a free parking spot.
The hair raising drive to Bellagio. The final few miles into town were difficult to navigate because signage was poor and the navigation app was unclear. The final few hundred yards are in the walking / restriction zone and you will need to go very slowly and allow pedestrians to get out of your way. There is temporary (30 minute) parking right outside the apartment complex gate.

The place is like a haven ! The streets are super busy as lake como is very tourist heavy - the gardens are idyllic and a very pleasant escape while still being in the heart if everything ! I would definitely recommend and would return.
Air Con was a little hit and miss

Amazing location. Gated apartment complex right in the middle of all the restaurants and enotecas. Very quiet at night. Beautiful gardens and terrace. Spacious apartment, very well furnished and stocked. Bathrooms are comfortable. Host was very warm and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

the location is amazing, right in front one of the best pasta restaurants in town and also a nice gelato place. Walking distance to many key activities. The garden is amazing.
