The food was not as diverse as i would have liked, And the avra restaurant was a bit underwhelming

The location of the seaside was very nice, food and desersts very tasty, many pools.

The sound isolation of the room, and bed was too soft, that why sleep wasnt as at home.

Finally I felt in the hotel like a customer. The best service I have ever had. When I left the room I could stay in facilities. I go where I want. I don't need to prove I am not the thief. Congratulation the management for the staff, service and mood. I will come back. I will recommend you my friends.

Almost brand new facilities, the staff always friendly and ready to improve your experience at hotel, the incredible food and its variation, beachfront location, fully booked hotel but not crowded feeling… Really perfect holidays in this hotel! My wife and I will miss it.

Basically the night shows are bad and have low level. This is the thing which could be really improved at Arina Beach Resort

The whole family was happy with our stay in Arina Beach. The food excellent, weather great, water wonderful! Everyone would like to come back there :)

There is almost everything you could look for in a short holiday with good quality (clean, new, comfortable, etc.) Good food with good variety. Location is good - quite close to the airport.

Too much sea weed on the beach, it was very hard to enjoy the beautiful sea.

Good food and quiet location, large rooms

Location, rooms, and services were fantastic. The quality of the food was great too: the buffet was varied and surprisingly good quality for a buffet. The bungalows with private pool were amazing - spacious, clean, and comfortable. The night animation wasn’t bad either - particularly liked the Cretan folklore night, and the staff was always attentive, helpful, and fun!

The Avra restaurant in particular wasn’t anything special. My partner order the salmon and it was extremely overcooked, I order the cuttlefish risotto which was ok.

They have everything in house. Good food, all inclusive drinks, private beach, water park, wellness center, mini market, many beach bars etc.

The new renovated room with beautiful view of the sea. The cleanliness is on point with all bathroom necessities you need. The location with plenty parking space is so convenient from airport and to visit nearby town.

The food doesn’t vary enough and not to my absolute preference but this is my personal taste, everyone is different.

The hotel is excellently located just 10 km from Herakleion airport. It has many beautiful swimming pools and a lot of entertainment for the kids. It's a 100 % child friendly hotel. The staff of the hotel is also extremely kind and helpful. The buffet is incredibly diverse with each day a choice of between 25 various dishes, salads, amuse-bouches, etc. The staff of the restaurant were very professional, friendly and efficient. Tables are prepared quickly and cleaned quickly as well for new guests. We had a small medical event with our daughter and within 30 seconds staff came with a medical kit helping us with first aid. We very much appreciated this and want to thank each of the staff members of teh restaurant that came at our table cleaning off plates. We also want to thank the man who runs the restaurant for the excellent service during our stay. We will wholehartedly recommend this hotel to our friends. A really nice job done.
