We fell directly in love with everything - the property, the house and of course also due to the heartwarming welcome of our most likeable host, Gina. The stunning beautiful views from everywhere, the absence of direct neighbours, the privacy, the perfectly equipped house, the interior and exterior design, the smell of flowers in-and outside - all this made our honeymoon to an unforgettable holiday ! We hope that all guests who are following us would be able to valuate this place and the love to all the details from the family who created this spectacular place on earth. The views were outstanding from all rooms. We loved waking to the sunrise and enjoying it from bed. The house is magnificent and beautifully designed, including the gardens which stretch down to the rocky coast where we swam. We were met by Katia, the owner's sister who very kindly waited up late for us to arrive - it was a really nice welcome - and Gina, the owner, was really responsive and helpful with the few questions we had during our stay.

We went in April so didn't expect hot sun, but at times it was a little chilly and while the house has heating it didn't work all that well for the lower floor.

Really a beautifully-designed property, you can’t help but to relax as soon as you walk in and see the view. There is so much to see in Crete, but we could have easily stayed at the villa all day every day. The beach is also close enough that our toddler could walk to it. Highly recommend.

Gina's house is of beautiful modern design, in a wonderful location, close to the beach that can be reached through a small path below the house. The garden offers several shaded areas for reading and resting. The view is fabulous from all areas of the house and garden. There are several small restaurants/tavernas within walking distance. And Gina is a wonderful hostess, who provided us lots of useful guidance in advance and during the stay.

The weather was too beautiful!! With a heatwave of up to 40 degrees, we did not use the hot tub nor the outdoor kitchen with barbecue, but may be next time?

The house is so thoughtfully designed and includes everything you could need. The views and sea are simply stunning. We had a wonderful stay here, swimming, eating and relaxing! Gina is a fantastic host, kind, helpful, friendly and responsive.

Having to leave it!

I don't know where to start. The villa is amazing: thoughtfully designed (it isn't just pretty, it is also very functional), fantastic views (especially at sunrise), incredible large outdoor space/garden that you don't see in the photos, a bay with crystal clear water within a stones throw away that you access via your own private path, and Marathi beach, just a 5 min walk away. It was so amazing that we ended up extending our stay here. Not forgetting that Gina was a lovely host: very responsive and accommodating. If we have the opportunity to stay here again, we would absolutely jump at the chance!

Not a minus at all, but just a heads up that a car is probably necessary if you want to explore outside of the villa.
