-the breakfast was yummy
-the front desk staff tries to be helpful but cannot solve issues in a timely manner such as: safety deposit boxes found locked, lights not working in the bathroom, etc.
-great access to restaurants/caffes in a lively part of Paris
-Canal San Martin views
-this property is not accessible, there is a stair to get into the bathroom and to enter the hotel. the rooms are very tight with no maneuverability

Great location and atmosphere in the heart of 10th so 'real' Paris. A friendly and helpful welcome at all times and the room was ideal, well designed space with everything you need, super comfy bed, excellent shower, soft towels, enough hooks, warm lighting, windows opening onto the canal view and Paris street life. Everything provided reflected the thoughtfulness of experienced hosts and we would definitely return and recommend.

The location is right on the canal, great up and coming area! The shower is phenomenal. The bed was comfortable but really small for 2 people.
The a/c did not work and you can’t have the windows open because of the noise on the street, it got very hot. We asked to have it looked at, but there was nothing they could do. The room and bed were very small.
