Such a pretty gardens and many places to enjoy views of the lake and take cute photos. The room was clean, comfortable beds, and well kept. The restaurant onsite was very convenient along with a buffet option for breakfast as well. The staff was helpful and kind. The pool had great views of the lake. You could order food anywhere on the many gardens. It was very convenient to talk or take a short tuk tuk to other restaurants, sights, and shopping. The staff was helpful with setting up a jetski rental for myself to take my kids. There was a playground area for kids as well.

The pool was chilly and a bit small, but it was never crowded so worked out. It was a bit confusing about the buffet vs restaurant, but all worked out.

The room was clean and big. Breakfast was very delicious. The staff was super nice. The beds were very comfortable.

Great hotel location is great ,but need street lights to hotels from main street at night. It was a bit confusing on there to check k-in at first cause it was not labeled for the customer.

The view was amazing and been able to rent a boat just for my family was excellent.

Unfortunately during our stay our car got scratched in the hood and after asking the hotel to review the cameras there answer was that their system didn't capture anything. That really suck because we parked right in the front of the Hotel. They also told us that our car was probably already scratched when we got there but that was not true, they just didn't want to be held accountable for it.

The view

It's such an ugly room. The door didn't close, the walls were really dirty, and everything just looked old and dirty. They should consider investing in upgrading.

Stunning Lake view and a well appointed room. The shower was hot and with good pressure. The gardens are lovely and the small infinity pool was a nice bonus for us. Would be a nice place for a wedding/honeymoon or special event.

I was chased down and asked for a bag check over a 6 pack of beer. I was unaware of the 'no alcohol' policy as I have never encountered this once in all my global travels. It is a condescending policy and asking for a bag check was quite frankly outrageous, especially considering that this is one of the priciest hotels in the area. Make sure if you are looking to have a nice glass of wine in the comfort of your own room, to keep that to yourself.
