a little hard to find at First

Super place! You see that owners really take care of the place, and all details, including decor, were made just great. Perfectly clean, common areas always nicely smell, there's everything that is needed for short or long stay. Very nice and polite staff.

Soundproofing is not perfect, but only from inner sounds, nothing can be heard from outside, which is more important. some rooms are without windows.

The central location is only a 15 minutes walk to the Medina and Souk. All of the staff are very polite and helpful. The property is kept very clean and an excellent breakfast is served on the roof terrace.

It's a very pretty riad, the building with its central patio and greenery is worth of a photo gallery. The breakfast was particularly good, my favourite so far. We only stayed for one night but found it very comfortable.

We were on the lower ground and it seems like the pipes for the toilet flushes are all connected. We could hear water running down the wall a couple of times in the middle of the night, that woke us up. But I guess that is part of the charm of staying in such antique buildings.

The Riad is a little oasis in the middle of the souk.

The breakfast was very basic. Only some sweet pastry, bread butter, jams and honey were served. At least some cheese or eggs would have been nice

Beautiful riad with fantastic staff, always ready to help. Loved our room (very clean) and the breakfast was lovely.

Minor point: loose wiring in bedside lamp and bathroom light made them flash occasionally.

It was like stepping into paradise. We arrived late, hosts were so helpful and even walked us to nearby restaurant where the food was amazing. Room was beautiful, bed was so comfortable and bathroom was spotless and topped off with fab shampoo, bodywash and body milk. Breakfast was lovely and fresh. They charged devices for us and even kept our bags after we checked out. Hosts showed us where to go and loaned us a map to make sure we got where we wanted to go. Hosts were +++++

Quiet a lot of noise very early in the morning, as we only stayed one night it might have been unusual. But it wouldnt stop me returning because everything else was fab.

The staff is professional, friendly, and very helpful. Reception is open 24hrs, breakfast is very nice, and the Riad is located in a quiet corner so rest assure you can have a good sleep away. Location is also good, 20 minutes walk from the main square and suk. Definitely recommended!

The place was beautiful, the room was big and clean. Breakfast was nice and the staff were cordial and helpful. The riad is located a little bit separated to the center (not more than 10-15 minutes walk to the main square), which makes it much more relaxed, but keeping everything at walking distance.

Maybe the hotel could include a map or diagram to show how to get to the riad, as google maps does not work very good in the small streets of Marrakech. Even with that, we found the place relatively easy.

Absolutely lovely. We stayed here for 3 nights and we had an amazing stay. Amine and his family's attention and service we received during our stay just make you feel comfortable. The Riad is beautiful, cosy and really does feel like home away from home. A special thanks to Amine, his family and the entire staff for their service and friendliness. Also appreciated the honest recommendations and organizing our Agafay tour and make our stay so memorable. Plus: their dog Sultan ist THE best!!!

The hosts were super friendly and were always available. They arranged transportation to and from the airport. They were extremely accommodating, and allowed us to keep our luggage there for a couple hours even after we checked out. The riad was beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious!

location is in an unsafe place, cannot get a taxi close to the hotel, you have to walk though the Medina, it is located near a cheap local market where they sell dead animals. I can’t imagine anyone feeling safe while walking in this place, even my taxi driver offered to walk me to the hotel as he didn’t want to take any chances. breakfast was below average and the staff unfriendly. blanket that was in the closet had stained bedsheets, looks like it has never been changed.

The location was very good, a nice quiet area, within an easy walk of the main square (15-20 minute walk). The area was nice and the locals were very friendly. The staff were absolutely excellent: nothing was too much trouble for them. They were very knowledgeable and assisted us with everything we needed. They provided a guide to the Souk called Soufien. He was amazing and great value for money, showing us things we would never have found alone. We would definitely stay again.

Room door was a bit rusty and noisy. It is a detail but important while traveling with a baby. At first is quite hard to find through Google Maps.

We really enjoyed the riad Rabahsadia. The decoration of the entire property was fabulous and we often took a seat in the inner courtyard to read or relax. A delicious breakfast was served on the top terrace with an amazing view on the city. Although the Riad was not the most central, we enjoyed the quiet it provided and we were able to experience the less touristic parts of Marrakesh. The night clerk was always very helpful and really worked hard to take care of his guests. He gave us good restaurant recommendations and often helped us with finding locations in the city. We can definitely recommend this Riad!
