This B&B ticked all the boxes! Jane and her family were lovely hosts! We were greeted by the farm dog carrying around his stuffed duck and the cat who was very sweet. The gardens were lovely. We enjoyed watching the birds at the feeders outside the breakfast room window. The room was ample size with a nice sitting area, small fridge, coffee and tea. The bed was as comfortable as it was charming.
Nothing!

Jane the owner was so friendly and welcoming .
You almost felt like part of the family as the accommodation was homely and comfortable. Set in very tidy and beautiful surroundings on the family farm . The breakfast was very well prepared .
I suppose having to drive to go out to eat but not a problem as Richmond so close and despite no availability at the lovely pub in Ravensworth we found the pub at Kirby Hill quite acceptable for our evening meal and important to support these local places
