Great buffet breakfast. Pleasant restaurant. Dinner was good but variable depending on dishes and service. Service was great at times and not so good at other times depending on staff training and experience. For example, one time we experienced several issues that arose at dinner, I mentioned it to reception and they sorted it out. Things like waiting for a very long time for the main course to be served or respecting our allergies, without having to mention it every night, when we had already mentioned it on the phone and in writing by email before our arrival.

The beauty of the place, the charm, the calm and close to nature. Welcoming staff at main reception.

Nice spacious room overlooking courtyard, very clean. Breakfast and evening meal excellent.

Location was pretty by a lake in a pretty village

The room was small, looked rather tired. The ceiling was quite low and sloping. The terrace was a lovely environment but the food was disappointing. We ordered fresh tuna; it was undercooked and lacking in flavour. Seemed to have been cooked straight from the freezer. The swimming pool was too small for the number of guests.
