Hotel Best Indalo

Everything. We did try to book an extra night, but it was fully booked.

Modern room, very clean with a comfortable bed and in amazing location. Beautiful beach just across the street from the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Not too many parking spots but lots of parking available on the street and was ok as visiting after season.

Sausage and Bacon were NOT very good quality.

There is a rule stating that sunbeds could not be reserved (with towels) for more than 30 mins. This needs to be enforced. Everyday we saw towels on the Balinese Beds for many houts with nobody there

Not a lot. We have a Best hotel loyalty card,but now it only gives you 10% off of your drinks. We used to get an upgrade and free parking. But not any more. We also asked for the safe to be opened so that we could use it. We informed reception 3 times and it took 7 hours for it to be sorted. Also the towels in the bathroom needed to be replaced. I have thrown better ones in the bin. As we have been to this hotel before several times. It has definitely gone downhill. Not a 4 star. Even the food was awful. Needless to say we won't be back.
