Barcelo Royal Beach - All Inclusive

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed our holiday so much. Everything was lovely, and we would happily come back again!

Nothing in particular — we really enjoyed our stay.

Location, outside facilities, nice food.

This hotel need to be renovated... Absolutely. And much, much more attention to cleaning.

Barcelo Royal Beach, Bulgaria 24-29 Sept 2026 , room D515 Just want to say a huge 'Thank You ' to staff and managment for a wonderful stay, from checking in to checking out the staff and management made our stay very enjoyable, a very nice, modern and looked after hotel. The mall was a added bonus 😊 The beach strip had lots going on. On arrival we were allocated a beautiful pool/seaview room close to lifts, a champagne bottle as welcome gift was in room. Another bottle of wine was left for my hubby's birthday 🎂 Guest Relations, Todor was not only a excellent manager but a fantastic artist - Modern Talking Show was great. Dimitar , the front office manager was always polite, helpful and very accommodating with requests. The bar staff were always helpful when we needed milk for the child. The restaurants had good food choices and snacks/ice-cream was always available. Gabbi & Bobby entertained the adults and kids very well and our granddaughter became very fond of Gabbi. The hotel is in a wonderful location, only thing that could be improved is heated pool & jacuzzi (wasnt hot) They even extended our room complimentary as our flight was late evening. Other hotels definitely need to learn from Barcelo 😊 Will definitely stay here again. Regards Jess

The rooms are big, bathroom as well. Cleaning service can be improved. Decent food. Pools were ok, although closing at 6PM which we found strange.

No water in the rooms and only water available was at dispenser in plastic cups, in theory they wouldn't allow you to fill your own bottles, cannot imagine why. The drinks offered were bad quality, the food was only decent. The entertainment is very bad, although the young team of entertainers were trying their best...the evening atmosphere was sad overall. Looks like they offer all inclusive but they want to capitalize on everything, including buying water. We had a birthday one day and we asked in the morning for a piece of cake to put a candle on it and sing Happy Birthday so they went on an asked almost 70 euros for a full cake, putting us in the spot, saying that they ordered the cake for us (!!) That was a first time ever something like this happened to us in a hotel.
