The staff were good, the cleaning staff exceptional. The location was excellent: right in front of the beach and a short bus ride into Nessebar. Lots of beach chairs and umbrellas. A 15 minute walk from the central bus station. The food was good. We found the walking in the area to be enjoyable, and Nessebar was wonderful. The internet was okay. Not super speedy but serviceable. The late season value was excellent. The bar in the lobby was good.
Can't really say that there was anything we didn't like there.

Everything was good, food, cleanes, pool. Very good value for money.
Parking is small, but they find a place for our car, but biggest problem is when you want to leave somewhere because staff park they own car in front and you have to wait every single time to get out.

From staff to accommodation it was amazing. I loved how nice the receptions were.
The pool gate can not be opened after 18:30, I do understand it’s just for extra convenience. The bar closes 11 and they still serve drinks until 10:59. Might be better to inform people last drinks at 10:30 or let them know if they get any drinks they would have to finish them elsewhere.

The food was probably the worst thing I’ve ever had was always cold, very bad. Cater for Bulgarians only.
