The location was great, the facilities were fantastic. The block out blinds were fantastic.

Nothing, property was fantastic.

The apartment was clean and well furnished.

Kitchenware (cutlery,plates) was lacking in quantity. The reception office was not staffed for most of the day.

There was no teatowel or dishwashing tabs . It accommodates 4 people however there were only 3 forks and 3 knives

the bathroom was so luxurious! I loved it

I wish the pool was indoor as it was raining the day we went

the property was easy to find. The service was friendly and accommodating. The property was clean, neat and very well maintained.

Great location - walking distance to coffee shops, supermarkets etc. Easy access to main highway for travel back to Great Ocean Road or on to Port Fairy, Portland etc Apartments modern, well maintained & beautifully decorated.

Stayed in one of the apartment's at front of complex on main road this time. Lots of traffic noise in evening & from 8.00 onwards. No private area outside to sit other than facing car park.

Great location very central to the main street - close to amenities such as places to eat etc Was very comfortable and clean, the only downside for me the lounge was way too low to get up out of but apart from that everything was exceptional, warm, cosy and although of a fairly busy street it was quiet

Just the lounge suite was too low _ but that's an age thing
