- Staff were very friendly and helpful at check in. - Room was exactly as described and seen in pictures. - Location was very good.

- Walls are paper thin and we could hear the guests next door talking until 2am. - Our room backed onto busy road which was noisy until around 11pm. - Bed was very uncomfortable.

Loved the location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

The noise of other guests! The people in the room next to us woke us with an argument during the night. Someone was banging the downstairs door for an extended period during the night.

The reception staff were great to deal with in the lead up to my stay - I was having a bit of a logistical nightmare, and the staff made it easy to manage from their end. Great spot - We weren't there for long unfortunately, but easy to go grab breakfast in the morning and the actual apartment we stayed in was clean tidy and spacious.

I was very tired upon arrival so would have appreciated a slightly faster check-in - the lady I spoke to was on for quite the chat, but really she just wanted to help.
