Hotel Killarney

the staff was super nice specially at the restaurant. we enjoyed the foods there.

one of the elevators wasn't working so we had to walk longer and lift our luggage a bit.

breakfast was lovely

no complaints well secured

Very clean, good value for money and a good breakfast.

The check in was very rushed with the receptionist trying to explain things to me whilst I was trying to fill in a form that she had past to me.

Pool - jacuzzi - sauna - steam room. Disability parking. Breakfast was excellent. Most staff were helpful and courteous.

We thought we were staying in an IPASS centre. The walls and most surfaces were all Painted in Grey Emulsion like everything was covered over - perhaps the owners acquired a job lot deal on the colour! It also seems to be focussed to cater to children with behavioural issues - many children appeared to scream, run wild and parents allowed them cart blanche to misbehave and be rude. Perhaps the Hotel could consider putting on parenting courses We have disabilities and have a slow pace, we were preparing to vacate our room for 11 am but cleaning staff harassed us 3 times and knocked on aa hour beforehand to warn us we needed to be out by 11 as they needed to prep the room. They were rude, sarcastic and spoke with am attitude as if they were supervisors for guests - when we were leaving one cleaner commented - Take your time and started sneering.
