Protur Residencia Son Floriana

Die Residencia ist einfach traumhaft. Alles ist mit Liebe eingerichtet und es war einfach sehr sehr schön. Das Gesamtpaket ist einfach außergewöhnlich.

Es gibt einfach nichts auszusetzen.

Das Restaurant und das Hotel sind wirklich sehr schön. Der Garten ist sehr liebevoll angelegt. Dadurch gibt es dem Hotel eine tolle Atmosphäre. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker. Es gab sogar frisch gepressten Orangensaft und man kann aus verschiedenen warmen Ei-Speisen auswählen.

Leider ist es sehr hellhörig. Man hört sehr deutlich die Autos auf der Hauptstraße, Türen knallen und die anderen Gäste im Haus. So konnte erst schlafen, nachdem ich mir oropax gekauft hatte

The best thing about this hotel was its location. It was only a few minutes’ walk from the Cala Bona waterfront and close to all the restaurants, cafés, shops, and local attractions. I also liked that the resort was relatively small and had a more personal, cozy atmosphere compared to larger resorts. Having a restaurant on-site was convenient as well. Upon arrival, my partner and I were pleasantly surprised by how friendly and welcoming the staff were. They even helped us with our luggage, which made a great first impression

On our first night, we noticed that although the room looked similar to the photos, it was in a more worn and dated condition than we had expected. Before going to sleep, we had to deal with several ants in the room. I assume they may have entered through the windows while the room was being aired out before our arrival. The bathroom was poorly lit, with lighting only around the mirror, and the light itself was quite dim and yellow. There was also an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, which seemed to be coming from the drains or plumbing. Breakfast was included in the price, and considering the cost of the stay, I expected a wider selection. The buffet mainly consisted of a few cold cuts, bread, yogurts, water, and juice. The coffee offered by the waitress was consistently overbrewed and not very enjoyable. Additionally, I was not aware that there were other breakfast options available besides eggs, as this was never clearly explained. Communication was difficult because some of the staff had limited English skills, which led to confusion and misunderstandings about the breakfast service. Unfortunately, this affected our overall breakfast experience and made it less enjoyable.
