Very poor condition for five star hotel Very low quality You could hear people singing in the shower in the bathroom above, ore you could hear people having sex in the next room, that sometimes could be funny other times could be disturbing

Best hotel we stayed at ever staff was so good and polite good friends amazing entertainment high quality and the rooms were always a good temperature and the food was so good it was unbelievable always had an amazing selection we even ended up staying an extra night because we didn’t want to leave highly recommended

Nothing everything was perfect

We had an amazing start of our stay - we booked standard bedroom and thanks to attentive and really kind reception lady manager and staff we were upgraded to studio on top floor which were much larger and comfortable for 3 people, with huge balcony facing the pool and sea (many thanks again, we appreciated it). Ultra all inclusive stay is worthy - the food was tasty, we stayed 4 days and it was changed daily. Pool bar has enough of drinks and cocktails to choose from and bar staff is lovely and friendly, willing to prepare anything from its options. Hotel is not "on the beach" but close to their private beach - about 150-200m walk where their offer cold juices and water and plenty of free sunbeds and umbrellas. Hotel is also very close to the shops, 24h supermarket, pharmacies, exchanges, 25mins from Burgas airport - location is great. The staff worked really well to keep the hotel and surroundings spotless and very clean which is also a reason we are definitely happy to return again :)

The only thing was a bit strange - the balconies on top floor are not separated from other room´s balconies well, no fence or wall or something (only low paling) but I was informed there is a plan to complete it.

Amazing couple of days in June 2023 in this hotel. Nobel Hotel turned out to be a fantastic choice. Ultra all-inclusive package provided us with one of the best food we have ever had in hotels, even 10 minutes before the end of the meal more fresh food was added, staff was really professional and always smiling. The hotel was also located just outside the beach with free sunbeds at the beach for guests! Finally massive thank you to Alex - the chef of animation who was the most positive and energetic person we've met and to Olga - the reception manager who was always helpful with all of our requests.
