Rooms was spacious very much apartment style. Very good for toddlers and the beach is not to far. T-market a few minutes walk.

Breakfast could have been a little better.

The room was not that clean and big. I would say it was more like a 4 star room and not a 5 star room as mentioned.

I would highly recommend this hotel. Suitable for families that would like like to have a relaxing time

No entertainment in the evening

The hotel is close to the beach, the hotel maids are very nice and try to make your stay better.

If you want to start your summer with problems and having to take care of everything this is the place. I strongly advise prospective guests to explore other options in the vicinity, before settling on Galeon Hotel, as there are numerous places around with similar price tag that deliver a significantly more enjoyable and satisfying experience. Galeon is NOT a 5 star hotel. Not even 3. From the moment I arrived, I was met with series of disappointments that overshadowed any positive aspects of the hotel. Below I have described everything in details, as it was shared at reception before. But they are “very busy” there and can't do much. About the parking: (0/5 stars) 1. Everywhere from the hotel they wrote that you cannot make a reservation for the parking lot. I was surprisingly asked when I arrived if I was one of the two people who had reserved a seat in front of the hotel. Think if you know someone from the hotel, I think that's the secret. And, come with a car that costs more than 200K, otherwise better by train. 2. After I asked to unload the luggage, before moving the car (they create such a stress because of this) for which the bellman helped me, I asked where to leave the car. I was told to wait 5 minutes for the Shuttle to come and escort me to the parking lot and take me back to the hotel. While waiting for the “shuttle” to come outside I was told there would be a 15 minute delay. I asked them if they could drive my car and they said they had to call two people and it would have been more difficult. The 15 minutes turned into an hour, then the Shuttle came. A very nervous man in a 20-year-old Audi came and escorted us very furiously to the parking lot. And then it just disappeared…. They called him and he said he had a lot of work and couldn't drive us back. We were just left in some parking lot, in the evening. We walked by foot, thank goodness there is a GPS to navigate. 3. The parking lot is full of dog excrement.

Perfect location, only 4 minutes walk to the sea side. Really nice room. Kind staff. Quite place, no entertainment, excellent place for those who love silence. Good sauna and steam bath offer included in the price.

Chaotic room cleaning, but everything was possible to solve with the staff who were very coming towards. Each morning one type of breakfast, it wasn't level of 5 star hotel.

There wasn’t enough sunbeds at the pool ,the small indoor pool wasn’t heated as it said on the book and the room wasn’t clean very good all they did is changing the towels still dirty after

Most of the staff are friendly and the place is clean. Cleaners in general are very good. 2 bed apartment is spacious and ideal for us as a family of 4 - great having 2 bathrooms and large balcony.

We stayed here in 2022 and there were little things that were worse in 2023. The room we had this time was not in as good state of repair. Air con was unreliable, curtains hanging off, furniture damaged. Some staff very unfriendly. Breakfast options not as good as last year. Place was also very quiet (14-24th June) so lacked atmosphere in restaurant at night etc. pool tiles damaged and all over the side.
