Telesilla Hotel Corfu

Immaculately clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The food was excellent and the bar had a lovely atmosphere at night. Near public transport for exploring the island. Pool area was lovely. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel

Loved everything

Wonderful welcoming friendly family run hotel which promotes a sense of community amongst its guests. Hotel is pristinely clean with rooms serviced daily. Breakfast is optional with wide choice to suit all tastes. Breakfast lunch and dinner menus available by the pool. The pool area transforms into a beautifully lit cocktail bar and restaurant at night with regular musical live entertainment. Bar staff and waiting staff are fantastic keeping us entertained and looking after our every need. Extremely good value for money. We have stayed here many times and will keep returning! Such a caring, friendly environment, you know you are in safe and capable hands! For anyone thinking about staying here, just do it, you won’t regret it!

Place was spotless and staff were friendly and efficient

Our room was very nice, very comfortable & very quiet overlooking the pool. The pool area was lovely which was transformed into outdoor dining in the evenings.

When we arrived our room wasn't ready as we were very early, there seemed to be luggage everywhere so we asked the receptionist where was secure to leave our luggage. She advised we could leave it with her and that the reception is always attended however, when we arrived later in the day to check in there was no one on reception our bags were still there however anyone could have walked away with them as reception is right next to the main doors. The receptionist that eventually turned up didn't even realise our bags were no longer behind reception so there had obviously been no handover between the staff. Service on the one night we had dinner in the hotel. The waitress was rude to say the least and when the manager asked how everything was I said the food was amazing however the service by the one waitress was awful. He then made the excuse they they were extremely busy as they had live music that night but that wasn't the problem. The waitress was more interested in serving returning guests who obviously tip well or that they value more. She even stopped to chat with them & laugh with them but our food was literally thrown at us and when we asked for salt & pepper which wasn't on the table she rolled her eyes, tutted and stormed off only to return and slam them down on the table. An apology from the manager not an excuse would have been appreciated.
