Hotel Noborisaka

Room size is bit bigger than other hotel in Japan,(I had twin room). Public Onsen is very clean and nice. Plenty of parking space and it is free.

Some issue with room but solved at lastly.

The picture window with mt Fuji in all their glory at your feet, awesome feeling. The room was a good size and the onsen very nice. Good laundry facilities. Nice staff. Convenient location, free parking

Small bed, not enough pillows but they give you when asked

Location was perfect

Nothing

The view of Mt Fuji was incredible from our room.

We are from Australia and there was no streaming services available on the tv, it was Japanese tv only. I sent a message via the app about this issue but received no reply. Getting a taxi from the hotel was really hard. Rooms are cleaned whether you like it or not. Came back from being out in the morning to our room door wide open, when we walked back in the room, the cleaner just wandered in with the vacuum and said nothing. I felt an invasion of privacy.
