This is a safe and clean environment. I ordered two room for two couples and both families were satisfied with their services.
I didn’t see any tissue paper in our rooms.

The staff at this hotel were so friendly, knowledgable and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. They stored our luggage free of charge whilst we were on our trek, ahead of our reservation starting. Our room was large and comfortable with a bath and rainfall shower, just what was needed after trekking! Location was good with lots of food options and shops locally.
The WiFi was very slow, maximum 8mbps.

Excellent breakfast, good location which is close to centre, clean bedroom.
The staff helped us to arrange car to airport. They also packed the breakfast for take away when we had a daytour at 4am.

The hotel is well positioned. Breakfast is good. Beds are comfy. Rooms are spacious. Loved the large window for the view of the mountains.
We had little hot water. Told them at the desk several times. Internet is poor. Staff wanted payment in cash not card. 9am check out is ridiculous!! Communication with guests is poor.
