Roomzzz Newcastle City

Only 10mn walk max to Central Station and close to the city centre yet it was a quiet location. We were there 2 weeks and found the Smart Studio compact but comfortable. The bed and pillows were very good quality and the blackout certains very effective. Everything in Roomzzz is excellent quality and the shower was more powerful than any I'veever used. The machine with free coffee/chocolate and hot water + teas is always available plus morning croissants for those who want them. The staff are very helpful and cheery. I'll be back next summer for a longer stay.

Nothing

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Roomzzz Newcastle. Didn't want to leave, it felt like home. Let's start with the staff. Rating A+++. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left they were super helpful, fun & friendly, attentive & supportive. Morning crew, evening crew, night time crew... all of them. Thankyou so much :) The rooms, well we spent a week in the Liberty Suite and then 1 night in a Smart Studio (with view). Well the Liberty Suite is phenomenal, makes Roomzzz Newcastle definitely an APARThotel. This apartment had everything we needed (and if there was anything else the staff were right on it). Central Newcastle and an apartment with this space and facilities... jackpot. However the studio (in the new building) was also spot on, plenty space, great bathroom, bright and clean, and still had a decent kitchenette. Rating A+++. Location is perfect, just behind the train station, it's less than 5mins walk to Central Station, plus you're literally 1 flight of stairs from the Quayside... so you could be in Wetherspoons in about 2mins ;) Bang centre of town... Rating A+++. There are so many little extras here though that just make the stay more easy/enjoyable... - Free tea/coffee/chocolate served up at reception 24/7 - Free croissant breakfast daily - Great bright & spacious working space in reception - Good fast Internet (not normal in the UK!) - Free laundry with 2 laundry rooms & dryer available to guests; plus drying racks available - Drinks/snacks shop at reception

I loved this place so there's nothing I didn't like but have thought of something as reviews only lauding a place always look dodgy. The TVs were a bit old school abd could do with an update. Long time since I've seen a TV which was not smart and was this thick. They work fine however. I don't really watch TV though so no major issue.

Fantastic place! Well-designed, excellent facilities, quiet, comfortable, clean, helpful staff. So good I will look out for the brand in other cities.

The room was nice

It was dirty and the reception was un manned for over 10 mins when we arrived
