IT WAS PERFECT! The exotic twist on the room, the pools, the facilities, it looks like a corner of Bali was brought right near the ancient town of Hoi An. The staff was exceptional, everyone was so friendly and always happy to help and the complimentary Hoi An city centre shuttle was the cherry on the top. We cannot wait to come back here!!

The rooms very lovely, and also felt very authentic. The resort felt very clean. Both of the pools were stunning.

The highlight of our stay was definitely the beautiful infinity pool and the well-maintained tropical garden, which created a relaxing atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their hospitality was the best part of our experience.
Unfortunately, the hotel is clearly showing its age and would benefit from refurbishment. The rooms and facilities feel outdated. The breakfast was disappointing, offering only a very standard buffet with limited variety. It was also overcrowded during peak hours, making the experience rather hectic and not very enjoyable.
