Stayed here in the past and will stay here again. Good spacious villas in quiet location. Beautiful pool and great value for what you get. Good view over the rice fields.

Our room was amazing with an amazing view. It is not in the center, but a bit outside. It is comfortable, look as the pictures and is very quiet. Amazing bath tub and nice pool.

We were not satisfied with the service. • At check-in, the receptionist struggled with simple cash handling and did not agree on the correct change, even after we explained it in Vietnamese and showing it on the calculator. We had to exchange money with other guests to pay the exact amount. They did not take card Payments. • We received no information about the hotel or the surrounding area upon arrival, which we had gotten everywhere else in Vietnam. • It was not possible to buy just a coffee at breakfast—you had to pay for the full buffet. Other guests experienced the same issue. • The receptionist was often not present and did not consistently greet guests. All in all - they were never rude- but there was no service.

The villas were very pretty and the garden as well, it had a jungle-feeling to it, lots of vegetation, which we really liked. The pool was nice and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had hot water and good water pressure, too. The AC works well, and it is relatively quiet so you may use it during the night.

The place has lots of potential, but many issues too. First, on Booking.com, they say they accept credit/debit cards, but then you get there, and they request that you make the payment in cash. If the property doesn't accept card payments, they should say so in the ad. Then, we requested an invoice for the payment, and they said they don't issue invoices. I don't even understand how that's possible. Another issue is the noise made by children by the pool at 06:00. If the other guests don't have enough common sense to keep quiet, the hotel staff should reinforce the silence rules. But they didn't seem to care too much. Regarding the pool, it only has 6 sun beds, which, if all the guests of the resort would like to use, wouldn't be enough for everyone. The breakfast is expensive and doesn't have variety or quality for the price they charge. There's no buffet breakfast; you have to choose one dish that you want to have. Coffee is really bad. You may find better and cheaper options in town. The water bottles in the room are charged differently depending on the brand. They say they offer complimentary water for guests, but then if you drink any water from the minibar, you have to pay for it. That is not well explained anywhere, and you cannot argue with anyone since their English is so limited.
