It was a good location, close to Chadstone Shopping Centre. Staff were helpful and friendly and responded quickly when asked for help. The restaurant was good, and food was nice.

Could not get the television to work with the internet so unable to use Netflix. Not a big issue for us as we were only staying one night.

Staff were amazing. Room was simple yet modern and clean. Plenty of room for what we needed. Had a great stay.

We were an easy taxi trip from the hospital. I particularly liked the multiple powerpoints and USB-A charging points that were conveniently located, both by the beds and under the TV area. The staff were helpful. The beds were comfortable, there were reading lights and the bathroom was modern. We liked being able to just walk over to the bistro for dinner and they gave us a discount, because we had a room booked. The bistro food was excellent and we would eat there again, even if we weren't staying the night. I liked getting the hotel information sent to my phone. I liked that there was a table for putting coffee cups and food on and chairs for all three of us. We were able to buy breakfast packs from reception, so that we didn't have to go searching in the morning in an unfamiliar area.

The bistro food took a long time to come (but the food itself was great). Reception is closed in the morning, so there is nowhere warm to wait for a taxi to the hospital.

Extremely accommodating of family and our young children Staff were only too willing to help.

A microwave could have helped but not an absolute necessity

Extremely friendy and helpful staff. Beds were very comphy. Very clean, attention to detail. Great location, room service is excellent!
