服务很差，入住不人性化，客服信息回复不及时。隔音很差。打客服电话 直接挂断，非常粗鲁不礼貌。没法寄存行李。

very spacious it was clean and has everything you need for our stay

location was perfect and the space was adequate.

No smart TV. that was very surprising and a bit frustrating at moments when we wanted to relax in the apartment. Spanish cable programming kind of sucks. The silhouettes of people on the walls in the hallway were kind of creepy but we got over it.

the location, neighborhood is perfect. the flat is comfortably designed.

we stayed for 7 days and they did not provide any cleaning. they said it is only possible if we pay an extra 45 euros. I find it very weird. I could have understood this if it was 2/3 day trip but for 7 days they should definitely provide at least one cleaning service.

First of all, the location is calm and quiet, no noises at night, which is the big advantage when being in a big city. Also, the apartment is spacious and has different facilities: a washing machine, a fridge, a cooker and an oven which was, definitely, a benefit for us, to be able to cook ourselves. Also, check-in is super easy, calling the reception at the door and then checking in with the machine which will just require the code of your booking and will scan your passport. Checking-out is also easy, dropping keys in the box just opposite the machine for checking-in. Besides, there is the luggage storage (there are two of them) in the ground floor, which requires 1 euro to store the luggage, which will be returned after picking up the luggage and was super comfortable for us. We checked out and left our luggage for a couple of hours there. The subway is just a few min from the apartment. And there is Mercadonna supermarker 20 min away, where you could buy a variety of food.

All was great, but if there was a tea kettle, would be also appreciated .

the property is well situated near Fontana tube in a nice area with shops around and bakeries. albeit basic the set up was good, clean and efficient and SO easy to get in and use a machine to pay and print entry cards

we found the beds far too hard so if you have a back complaint like l did bring a pain killer …. but my daughter was fine.
