We enjoyed our stay, we loved the guest lounge, the breakfast was everything you could wish for and nothing was too much trouble for the guests.
The guest house was also near the centre of Keswick so you didn’t need to use the car if you didn’t want to.
The only thing that was difficult for us was the toilet in the en-suite, it was difficult to use especially if you were a tall person, not much room between the seat and the wall.

Breakfast was great here was something for anyone’s taste , everything fresh ..loved the fresh cake in the lounge great idea didn’t have any but looked delicious and the bar these are the lovely finishing touches which makes it stand out
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like in the b&b the only issue would be parking but we got lucky on both occasions we had to park the car but I could see it being a small issue
