The Highfield - Self Check-in Hotel

Beautiful location, super comfy room, peaceful, spotless, from booking, arriving and departing all communication spot on

Some drawers, kettle fitting under the tap, mediocre compared with the rest of the building

The property was in the perfect place, the building itself was beautiful inside. From the moment we entered the building it was so calm and tranquil. Each part of the hotel is beautiful, it has been recently refurbished and this has been done to a very high standard. Our room had the most amazing views. It was extremely clean and extremely comfortable, just lovely. The self check in was great and the complementary breakfast was just lovely. The owners had thought of everything. We had the best time, thank you.

Absolutely nothing. It was perfect.

We loved the location of the property, just a 5 minute walk to Keswick town centre (if that) and the Highfield hotel was clean, comfortable, spacious and in a high quality condition. The pantry breakfast was a lovely touch, sitting in the lounges and taking in the Mountain Views.

The only downside was the bedroom had no view. However this was known when booking, and it was an affordable night with a very comfortable bed, good shower and space in the room for 2 people, so I can’t complain.

Really enjoyed this stay, easy self check in and everything was spotless, already booked again for next year
