Atendimento excelente, funcionários educados e prestativos! Café da manhã muito bom, bem variado! Limpeza excepcional! Fácil acesso e estacionamento muito bom!
Apenas alguns hóspedes que pareciam estar à trabalho no café da manhã falando bem alto e bem mal educados tirou um pouco do clima romântico, mas entendemos que a culpa não é da pousada. E a vista do quarto que dá de frente pra um prédio em construção. Mas voltaremos com certeza!

Actually this hotel is very good I really liked the stay it is very comfortable very clean the staff is very friendly they treat you wonderfully I would actually give it 6 but I only know there are 5 a good service lunch in the morning Super rich they serve you One is very good and very accessible for all places I do not recommend 100% I hope to return very soon and wait with you I recommend it with your partner it is a nice place so you can be calm I will return as soon as possible Thank you 🙏

the staffs they are so polite and proactive and lovely
was informed that they are PET FRIENDLY but my pet couldn’t be with my family in the restaurant dusting breakfast, so they are not so FRIENDLY about PET

I liked the comfort
The staff lying to me saying that the Bathroom heater sparking was “normal” and that I shouldn’t worry about it when later on, it exploded on top of my head.

The place was very clean and the rooms were very comfortable; the bathroom and shower were very nice and had plenty of space. The breakfast was really, really, good! All the bread and pastries where fresh and nice and warm, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. There was plenty of parking so there was no problems finding a spot. The pousada was very close to Villa Capivari which was very convenient. Also, the Wi-Fi was excellent. I definitely recommend this place.

Very attentive staff, beautiful view of the city, everyone followed pandemic guidelines. Good price for the period (midweek, low season). Very comfortable room and nice utilities (heater, WiFi, hair dryer, umbrellas)
The hotel was a little too far from the center, considering we intended to walk most of the time (and it was in a hill). The hot water didn't work for the first few days.
