Olor terrible a cañería y es imposible dormir. Es zona de tolerancia y las discotecas del exterior son al aire libre. La música suena en él apartamento como si en él mismo fuera la fiesta . No use la cocina pero de acuerdo co. Todos los comentarios negativos. No entiendo como la calificación es tan alta cuando es imposible descansar... Seguramente es gente que viene a rumbear y no a descansar. Es imposible dormir y no le hacen nada de mantenimiento...... Pésima.experiencia

Excellent location and place

The apartment has a fantastic view and ample space that fits a group or family of 10 to 12. Its location is very convenient, next to one of the nicest beaches in the north of San Andrés, grocery stores and restaurants. Staying here made it easy for us to walk everywhere we needed. Paola, the tenant's representative, was accommodating and eager to make our visit welcoming.

The apartment needs to be updated, and several items need fixing (e.g. kitchen drain doesn't work; kitchen utensils are old; there is a leak in one of the bedrooms when you shower in the third-floor bathroom and the plaster on several walls is damaged). Even though the apartment location is ideal, the building has very noisy neighbours (a disco downstairs) that starts playing music around 9 p.m. and does not turn it off until 3ish in the morning. The master bedroom, in particular, is exposed to this noise (the other rooms are less so) even with the windows closed.

The property is situated in the north of the island. The beach is in walking distance with lots of cafes/restaurants within walking distance. It’s located above a convince store which has alcohol/snacks/sun creams etc. It has a pool on the ground floor behind reception (no views) and it situated on the top floor with views of the ocean. It’s a large apartment with 4/5 bedrooms and has plenty of bathrooms. There are two sofas for relaxing and a large table for dining

- Situated above a very loud nightclub, we couldn’t sleep from Thursday to Monday night even with earplugs. The noise in the front bedrooms is unbearable. - The TV receives satellite however the picture is too fuzzy to watch. This was the main problem with the apartment when staying here, unfortunately we had another issue. 4 days into our stay the boiler exploded in the main bathroom next to the kitchen. A friend was in the shower at the time and the room starting to flood with hot water and steam, when we tried to switch off the device a guest received a large electric shock. The apartment then started to flood with boiling hot water, luckily we were home and called for help. If not the entire apartment would have flooded further if the water hadn’t been closed off. Water was then running into the adjacent bedroom and in the electrical sockets. We notified the owner who eventually disconnected the device and we were left without hot water for the rest of the stay for 7 guests. 2 days in total. We were offered a refund of 35 pounds which equated to 15% off the final night stay. We declined this offer and instead we will write a factual account of our experience so guests are fully aware when booking this property. Please note the owner does not live in San Andres but instead has a team working for them locally, they also require cash payments upon arrival and will not accept credit cards. When we disputed this and asked for a larger refund of two days (we had to cancel excursions, loss of holiday time and no hot water) we were branded blackmailers by the owner. We are 7 professionals with well paying jobs.. We are not in need of money from the owner, the amount equated to time lost on our holiday for each individual. Be careful when booking this property.
