Location was convenient and close to the beach and staff were friendly and helpful.
The outside lights stayed on all night, making the room too bright.

Nice hotel in San Andres, it is modern and well equipped compared to the rest of the island. The rooms are super big with nice airco. Close to supermarket and beaches
You had to be lucky for a warm shower, what also took a while. The beds are soft, the matrasses could use replacement.
