The location is outstanding right on the Boardwalk and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Outstanding towel service with fresh towels to shower and separate larger towels for the beach daily. Room is very comfortable with good A/C and hot water for the shower that only takes 2 minutes for the water to run before the water turns hot. Outstanding maintenance as Theodoro not only changed our faucet right away in the bathroom that had a small leak but also replaced the tank of gas right away so our A/C would cool better during the day. The evening manager Charlene and the day manager with lighter skin couldn't have been more hospitable and kinder. They even watched our bags after checkout so we can enjoy the island until our flight left. The balcony also has a clothesline to hang your clothes to dry when you come from the beach. The rooms were clean with a TV to watch the World Cup. They also have showers in the first floor to get all the sand off before going to your room and a public bathroom downstairs so you don't have to hold it in waiting for someone to come out of the bathroom in the room. My family was extremely happy. This hotel is a perfect 10!

Not much of a view from the balcony but otherwise this hotel is a perfect 10!

I was made to feel really welcome at check in by excellent staff member (Charley or Charlie) not sure of spelling. Location really good and I love a harder bed personally so I loved the sleep.

No warm water in shower or from tap made shaving my head a bit less fun :D

It was very well located, at the seafront. The lady who works in the afternoon is very friendly and welcoming.

As I came in the window could close, so I hace to fix it myself because the staff couldn’t fix it, unbelievable. The location is goos but be aware of the noise coming from the seafront, goes until very late. The pillows were so dirty, had mold in it, in fact when you open the door of the room, the smell of mold is so strong. The bathroom was something I have never seen before in a hotel, it was so dirty everywhere. Walls, doors, shower etc. disgusting! So expensive for what it is, not even a kettle in the room.
