La ubicación del hotel es excelente. Había estado en enero y realicé algunos comentarios para mejorar los servicios, ahora que regresé ví que implementaron medidas de mejora, lo cual me pareció bastante satisfactorio.

En general todo estuvo bien.

The price was right and the comfort was amazing

it's on the second floor and I have a toddler. Using a staircase was a little too much for me.

The location is great, although the entrance is hard to find. Breakfast tasted good but it was very little (and I don't eat a lot). Great A/C. Clean enough.

I sort of expected more for the money. There are no windows whatsoever in the whole "hotel", it looks more like a warehouse that got used for rooms. It's very hard to make the staff understand you for some reason (and I am a native Spanish speaker). Basically every request was either a "no" because they don't accomodate, or misunderstood. I was leaving the island in a morning flight (07:00) and I asked if I could have breakfast maybe stored from the day before or at least some bread or fruit or coffee. The staff said (after around 2 hours waiting for confirmation from their boss) that it was impossible because the cook arrived exactly at 07:00 and they couldn't take anything from the kitchen without the cook. They said coffee would be available, but when I did the check-out the staff misunderstood me and thought I was leaving the hotel at 07:00, although I was very specific my FLIGHT was at 07:00; so no coffee was made. The beds are stone hard, but could be comfortable. Strong A/C if you like it but can be cold at nights since the bed basically only has a blanket to cover you with. Felt like a prison since all walls are white, no windows and barely any decoration, plus humidity. Breakfast for the first day tasted good, but it was soooo little: like 1.5 scrambled eggs, 2 small pieces of bread, and around 4 pieces of papaya. I had to spend more money because I was hungry 30 minutes later and I don't eat much (and I chose a hotel over an Airbnb precisely because breakfast was included). When I arrived literally no one was at the reception. We had to go knock at doors to see if anyone would do the check-in. I requested an early check-in, which I understand is not possible sometimes, but when the lady finally arrived and was finding our room, she literally entered an occupied room to see if it was available. I was scared to leave my things in the room after that. Felt sketchy and disappointing although it was clean enough.
