This apartment looks as good in real life as it does in pictures, which is often not the case in my experience. I slept so well during my four nights here. The location is central yet very quiet. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you could want, like drip coffee and Nespresso machines, washer, air con unit, a large variety of lights to set your desired ambiance… I didn’t meet the host but received detailed instructions via WhatsApp the day before I was scheduled to arrive.

The apartment was in a really good location very central and the directions to find it were excellent. The apartment was lovely and well equipped with good beds and bathroom facilities. We have enjoyed staying there and would recommend it!

Great location, dozens of restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk. The host sent detailed arriving instructions. It was easy contact free access with a door code into the building and a key lock box for the apartment keys. It is a walk up apartment about 2 1/2 floors up. The host also sent several parking options. While the Booking.com listing states “on-site parking” there are only 5 on street metered parking spaces in front of the apartment and possibly a few others in the immediate neighborhood. There were no open spaces in front of the apartment upon our arrival but we were able to quickly unload our bags into the apartment and move our car to the recommended public Montaigne Verte pay garage. This very modern spacious clean underground garage is about a 10-12 minute drive due to the one way streets and pedestrian only zones but only a 5 minute walk back to the apartment. It is perhaps the nicest public garage we have parked in so far in almost three months of driving through Europe. The apartment itself is beautiful, clean, spacious, and well equipped. WiFi was excellent. Future guests should know that the air conditioner is a portable roll around unit with an exhaust hose that gets put out an open window. There was also a portable fan. Fortunately the evenings were not very hot during our stay. As we were only using one bedroom we put both the air conditioner and fan in the one bedroom. We would be happy to stay here again and recommend this apartment as a great place to stay in Colmar.

My only major dislike which prevents me from giving this property a 10 rating is their house rules which require removal of trash and recycling and stripping the bedding on day of departure. The trash container was on the ground level of the building however the community recycling containers are a few minutes away in a neighborhood square. I would expect these housekeeping chores to be handled by the the host or their staff, not their guests

Spacious and airy, well appointed furniture, excellent mattress, nice bedding with cotton sheets and a well equipped kitchen. Our stay happened during summer and we much appreciated the available fan as well as a room air conditioner. washer on premises as well. Parking had it‘s challenges due to zoning and availability, but doable.

2.5 flights of stairs, so traveling light would be easier…

The host was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. The apartment was very clean and had all of the amenities you need. The welcome book was very detailed and informative. The location was perfect, in easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and affordable parking.
