Rooms were clean and they catered for our request for twin beds at no extra charge. The location is excellent for Euston, King's Cross and the tube.

Ate dinner at the restaurant (number 12). The food was excellent but the service wasn't. Decided to go across the road to the Hilton for dinner on the second night instead. As far as breakfasts are concerned, I feel they are overpriced.

The location was excellent and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was also well presented.

It was very hot in the room and the air con is controlled at lowest 16 degrees which is annoying. I'm pregnant and could barely sleep it was so warm plus the blinds dont do anything to stop light coming in to the room. We also couldn't turn off the heated towel rail which I think contributed to the warmth of the room. I think for £230 a night I would have expected a more comfortable sleep.

My partner and I stayed for one night last weekend. The property is located close to Euston Station which was perfect for our needs as we had a concert in Camden which was just a short walk and a theatre show the next day which meant a slightly but pleasant longer walk to the West End. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially the guys on reception. Our room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable which lead to a good night’s sleep. Our room had a good range of toiletries and it was great to see a good selection of tea, coffee and biscuits available to us too. Free bottles of water and small cartons of milk in the fridge was also a very nice touch.

The hotel was ideally located for major rail links - which is why we chose it, returning from overseas and travelling onwards to home the next day.

The room was rather small which would have been problematic if we had been staying more than one night. It was expensive for the size of room and level of facilities.

Location was excellent.

Hygiene was incredibly bad in the room. To begin with the coffee machine sullied in the room ah sediment and mold like dirt within the water container which couldn’t not be cleaned out with anything supplied in the hotel. Once cleaned and running the machine without a pod in to clean it showed that the machine had clearly not been cleaned in a long time… again producing sediment, old coffee but also molded clumps of coffee. The kettle was somewhat scaled up but it’s filter had black sediment in it also. The wet room/shower room needed some serious cleaning, the dirt between the tiles on the floor was concerning especially around the toilet. In addition the room was rather dusty with the blinds having a large amount of dust. The bed seemed clean enough however. The worst part was the complimentary water which was provided in a glass bottle next to the bed. On removing the cap it was evident that bottle was simply refilled between guests as there was grime on the screw of the bottle cap.

Friendly staff from the reception to breakfast everyone was very helpful. My husband was very impressed with the free biscuits in the room.

There wasn't anything that's I didn't like overall this hotel was well worth the money and couldn't fault it

nothing was good about this Hotel , from the first room that was very small and cold , to get to the heating unit one I had to get down on the floor , so to get a proper room I had to pay for an upgrade .

Dinner was on the poor side of terrible and breakfast had to be left and go down the street and to be charged for it was the last straw.

proximity to train station and the reception staff especially Pedro from Brazil was so warm.
