The people were SO nice and helpful with maps and instructions and ideas. The room was clean and the view exceptional with the balcony. Dinner at the hotel was exceptional. Trout fresh from the lake. Tiramisu to meet and exceed expectations. And the servers were beyond excellent. Can I say I love everything about this home? Because it did not feel like a hotel but a home.

Great location. Friendly, bilingual staff (choose Slovene, Italian, English, German!). Good restaurant downstairs. Felt like a very authentic Slovene vacation experience. Very glad we stayed here instead of on the commercial Lake Bled.
We had a family room (1 Queen, 3 twins upstairs). Little ventilation in the top floor loft for the twin beds. Unfortunately, it was the tail end of a summer heat wave.

really Nice staff and people. really helpful stafff. very close to the water park.
breakfast was dissapointing especially since it was rated so High in booking.com
i Think the family room is too hot in the summer - especially the part in upper floor beneath the addict.
the hotel is almost without any facilities besides the restaurant.
