Le Jean-Sébastien Bach

Sehr sauber, gepflegt und sehr freundliches Personal.

Die Parksituation war manchmal schwierig.

Spacious room, nice terrace.

No decent ventilation, extremely warm all over the room/bathroom/toilet. No shower, only a bath. Coffee machine missing. Requested a room with one large mattress, but received one with two separate mattresses.

Excellent location for eu institutions

Location and staff

Though the extreme heat wave was expected at least one week before it arrived, the air conditioning throughout the hotel was broken down and not even a fan was provided for more than a few rooms. If it was not a busy week and it would be possible to find another hotel, I would definitely not stay even for one night. The non-functioning air conditioning panels are full of dust and when you try to use it as a fan, you should take into account breathing all that dust in your lungs. Furthermore, else than the reception, there was no manager to talk about this. The reception staff were kind but there was nothing they could do in the absence of their bosses.
