Mercure Paris Orly Airport

Good location and convenient access to the airport. The room was a reasonable size, but it could have been better equipped. Good WiFi.

I would have preferred ceramic cups and saucers instead of plastic ones. The bathroom was missing hair conditioner, body lotion, cotton pads and cotton swabs. It was disappointing that, despite having a bathtub, it was not possible to take a bath. I was also surprised that the shower head was fixed at a low height, which was uncomfortable for me as a tall person, especially when washing my hair. After 9:00 a.m., there was almost no food left at breakfast, although breakfast was advertised as being available until 10:00 a.m.

Very conveniently located with free shuttle service to Orly airport. Quiet room with comfortable bed. In-house restaurant serving evening dinner with a good choice of healthy options.

Somehow couldn't adjust the temperature in the room so found it a bit chilly.

The room and bathroom were generously proportioned and comfortable. In spite of the dull exterior of the building, the hotel had a very pleasant outdoor terrace where I sat and enjoyed an evening post dinner drink.

Signage at Orly Airport to locate the exact pick-up point of the free shuttle to the hotel should have been a lot clearer. Arriving at Orly airport one is assailed by Taxi drivers only interested in longer journeys and it is impossible to find a cab that will actually travel to the hotel for the realistic fare. Hence the need for clear and visible signage towards the shuttle pick-up point. The other thing I didn't too much appreciate was the indifference of a male restaurant staff member who was very chatty and chirpy with young female clients and aloof and indifferent towards older women.A cliché that is frankly pathetic in this day and age.

Close-ish to airport. Staff super friendly and helpful.

No airport shuttle after 11pm - taxi was expensive
