Location great if using the trains/metro. Endless cafes/restaurants nearby. Lovely helpful and friendly staff. Amazing breakfast buffet.

For a 4 star hotel the room/furnishings are looking pretty worn.

Small room, very unwelcoming, sterile looking room, not warm at all. Wished there were more electric outlets than the desk. Definitely overpriced compared to other hotels near the train station. Overlooked "excludes taxes" when booking, since most cities or countries collect taxes upon booking, so be ready to pay more at checkout.

Close to station

A few aspects were not up to 4* standard. The day I arrived it was chilly, but it was not possible to turn on the heating. I was cold. Bed and bedding: The single bed was very uncomfortable (very narrow and hard). Only one hard pillow plus a tiny one. No more in the cupboard. No duvet, just a sheet and a scratchy blanket. The breakfast room is very cramped. The tiny tables are squeezed together. The plates are too small. Outside space: the steps are steep and the handrails are not accessible because of potted plants placed on the steps. This is a trip hazard. My room was on 5th floor. The vacuum cleaner was kept even overnight in the corridor near the lift. It should be stored properly. It is a hazard for tripping and obstruction in case of fire. The coffee machine in the lobby was not working and did not get fixed. Generally not up to 4* standard. Only the proximity of the station was good.
