B&B Hotel Milano Central Station

We had a very pleasant stay. The location was convenient, especially if you are traveling by train, as Milano Centrale is just a short walk away. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful, and check-in was quick and easy. Our room was comfortable, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was excellent with amazing water pressure. We also really appreciated the hotel's eco-friendly approach and the small efforts they make toward sustainability. Overall, it was a very convenient and comfortable place to stay in Milan.

The soundproofing could definitely be improved. The walls seemed quite thin, and we could clearly hear doors opening and closing and noises coming from other rooms. At one point, the sound was so close and loud that we actually thought someone had opened our room door, but it was coming from somewhere else in the hotel.

Clean, comfortable beds, close to the train station.

Nothing

Staff was so kind and helpful! Room was very comfortable, the shower pressure was AMAZING! Good location if you want to be close to the main station, many restaurants around. They are very eco-friendly.

I don’t think you could control the air conditioner. The temperature was ok but I run hot so I’d wake up sweating. It’d be nice to have some extra pillows.

It was ok for one nights stay. Location near the station was good. Clean and tidy.

Aircon was locked at 25 degrees which made it quite uncomfortable, fridge didn’t work, toilet seat broken and shower tiny.
