Really helpful front of our staff, were super accommodating and welcoming. The room was very spacious, clean and had everything we required, the location is great and seemed a very fair price.

The room needs some maintenance. However, this was a minor issue.

the apartment was of a good size (living room and bedroom and small kitchen with all cookware). It was clean a has a good location.

This is a lovely hotel! The staff is friendly and professional and our room was very clean and spacious. it was like a little apartment! The hotel is near some excellent restaurants, shopping and wine bars. it is an easy walk to many of the wonderful sights and museums of Lisbon.

Unfortunately there was noise from other guests in the first couple of nights. We had requested twin beds, but when we got there this was not available to us. The hotel was apologetic and tried to resolve this, but the alternative room had been trashed by other guests partying the night before, so it turned not to be an option. We used the sofa bed but jt was not very comfortable.

The reception staff Orlando was very welcoming and very polite. He made sure our stay was exceptional. He even left a card with a beautiful message for our wedding anniversary, along with a very tasty complimentary cake. He also gave us a discounted rate for breakfast. He allowed an early check in for my sister and her family the next day and even upgraded their room. Fantastic service, best employee award should be given to him😊

Very Friendly welcome and swift response to any request. They called and checked we were happy after our first night. Good sized suite with everything we needed. Bed and bedding extremely comfortable. Convenient for public transport (except that main Azul line was closed for engineering works over Easter weekend)

Bath was very difficult to get in and out of, the controls were impossible to turn on without getting into the bath. Bathrobes too small - designed for petite Portuguese not large Brits!! Lighting system very technical and we understand it is being changed as even staff struggled to make it work. Too much hi tech....

Location was good, we planned to eat out in local cafes for breakfast and there is a great one close by. Locally there was a great Italian and a sports bar open late with cocktails, so great to watch the football with my wife!!!

The hotel bar was not open during our stay, although being an apartment hotel this wasn't something we had expected.

we faced a side street where late at night the garbage pick up truck made a lot of noise. so better the rooms facing the back.

Rooms were modern, minimalist and extra spacious. Loved the location of the property - lovely neighbourhood just a short walk from the city center. Daily housekeeping kept our room super clean and tidy!

Would have liked to have more toilet amenities (such as slippers, cotton buds, shower caps etc.) especially as it’s a 4-star property. Additionally, front desk staff could have been friendlier upon check-in/check-out.
