It’s variety of activities, breakfast and the cleanliness
Our room had no hot water for showering on Friday morning, the maintenance guys came for fixing but they couldn’t find the fault. We called to ask for an extra 30 minutes at the breakfast so we could bath after the hot water problem get fixed but they said it’s not possible. We ended up boiling water with a kettle to bath in the basin and we were later moved to another room.

Really had a pleasant stay at Seasons, the unit we got had a really nice view, and the place was really quiet and calm. The staff was also great, highly recommend the place. Definitely going back again since we didn’t get to do the activities at the place because of our travel plans for this trip. Looking forward to many more future stays!!

The bed was very comfy. The spa was very lovely.
There was no bar fridge in the room and no landline to get ahold of reception but the place is called a hotel
