i love the view , the animals and the some of the staff ! some where friendly and others a bit hard to understand

the inconsistency of the flavor in the food and presentation and taste of the food !

Everything exceeded my expectations

Oh my goodness, I do not know where to start. From the moment I made my booking, the friendliness of the staff, the frequent updates made me feel welcomed before I could get to the venue. Already I was looking forward to my stay before even getting to the hotel. The pictures on their website does not do any justice to this accommodation honestly. The staff was the highlight of my stay. From the securities, to the cart guys, to the administrators, the restaurant staff, the cleaning staff oh and not forgetting my game drive guide. All the people on these premises are too amazing. It was such a struggle to leave this place. I am definitely coming back. Thank you so much

I think there should be more options on the menu. I felt like the menu was too limited and did not have enough options. My fave was the full english breakfast, loved it

The room service food wasnt good The front reception could be friendlier when welcoming guests, it felt like I was handed rules of what I shouldnt do when I got there, no warmth at all. I think when you mention breakfast included be clear that its one meal and a standard coffee, or just scrap the whole breakfast included option as to even get some extra fruit we are charged extra, there were so many extra costs. The sky room is actually small when comparing to the pictures.
